1 mexico won their group and is home till the round of 16 if they win. Canada lost to the Swiss, 2nd in their group you go on the road. Simple as that
2, the US didn't need Mexico and Canada to co-host we could have hosted solo and been just fine.

@carvealittlez @YanPeronn Nope. Group stage is so fickle that every goal matters. Maybe not so much this year as past years as theres eight 3rd place teams that advance, but many times GD has eliminated a team. If you can score, go for it we might just need it to get through
