I’ve spent 4 hours today trying to get through on your phone line to sort season tickets. Twice I’ve been cut off at 27th & 8th in queue. My issue isn’t something I can do online & via email the admin team haven’t been helpful. Often Taking 3 or more days to reply.
@ManCityHelp is it possible to temporarily transfer a season ticket to someone else for the 23/24 season, if the owner of the season ticket is going through a period of ill health?
