@drzimmerle the only thing I would change would be to offer more consistency to the teachers. I know we have to change to improve, but some stability from the state would be a crazy idea. (not sure how to add a gif using my computer)

@drzimmerle Q4 I am currently the Principal of Inman Middle School. I got a call out of the blue from the former Director of Schools. The funny thing was I had just been turned down for the middle school in the district where I was employed at the time.
