@UteOutsider Ute Insidr, most cases that R dismissed w/o prejudice are not re-filed because Judges only dismiss cases if there is a good, legal reason to do so. He looked at the evidence & there was not enough prima fascie evidence besides her word & she would not testify/ be cross-examined.
