@Adobe I'm having a massive problem with billing. Why is it so difficult to get anything done through your system? Don't you think now would be the time to really dig in and help people with so much amazing competition? Can you help me? You guys are holding a bunch of my cash.

@hotelsdotcom is ruining my life. I had a major emergency pop up after booking @Marriott providence on their site. I call both companies. They both blame each other. @hotelsdotcom lies to me about what @Marriot said! I just want a refund.
