@LibertyCappy A friend of mine has two Tesla walls and full solar. Last year pge charged him 5000usd their explanation was that they estimated his bill and it’s in the contract that they can arbitrarily charge anything they want. It doesn’t help anyone but them to use less energy

Steps in the right direction. Propaganda exists everywhere, speak to people directly to understand them.
