@British_Airways 24 hours on, my flight is delayed again. I’ll be missing a dinner reservation. Still have t even received an acknowledgment of the complaint I was told to lodge.

@British_Airways never, ever again. Never. Your airline has, on its own, ruined an entire vacation. What a disgrace of a company. Worst service and customer care I have ever encountered.
@British_Airways farce on farce. This miserable excuse of an airline, last day of holiday, waits til I’m checked in, past security and past passport control before SMSing me, 2h before supposed takeoff, that the flight out is delayed 2 hours. Now the dinner booking is ruined too.
@British_Airways And get asked to submit receipts for the €40 of toiletries they will reimburse if I provide receipts? What’s the point? The holiday cost a lot more than that.
@British_Airways Of course it doesn’t help. I’ve been going round in these circles with your “staff” for 5 days. They tell me the bag was “last seen at LHR”. No joke. That’s where I left it with BA. 5 days later they can’t tell me where it is and whether it will get to me before I leave London.
…mangled holiday to go to the airport when I didn’t want/need to. One bag still missing, BA will not even tell me if they know where it is, let alone whether it will be delivered to the hotel in London by Sunday. Never, ever again. If you ever thing about flying BA, just DON’T.
…me I’d have to call the BA luggage people in Greece, who aren’t answering. I mentioned Fawlty Towers before, but even Basil and Manuel would offer better service than this.
