@ChrisGuk1 @EmamiPhd @Docstockk I don't have a strong position on this either way. Whether bathrooms are (1) female or (2) for women is going to change based on convention and prevailing norms. Whether they *should* be 1 or 2 is complicated. I'm unconvinced by Stock's arguments here, but I could be swayed.
@ChrisGuk1 @EmamiPhd @Docstockk I don't think trans women are female - I agree with Stock there. But I do think they're women, and that gender & sex are distinct. My reasons for this would require discussion I haven't recorded explicitly elsewhere. Indirectly, the reasons stem from my work on social groups.
@capi2274@helenzille Yes, Helen Zille is not a philosopher. But she is making philosophical claims. We think they are worth discussing, especially because very few philosophers are doing so.

#DefundThePolice. #Violence is justified in protests. Anyone against #BlackLivesMatter is a Nazi.
How would you engage with these views?
We ask Peter Boghossian how to have an impossible conversation.
@TitusDecali I rebranded the series so they're all sequels of Defeagment Daniel in the Bubble Series. Book 4-6 of Anchora are now books 7-9 of The Bubble.
@HoerenRemoer@Renegade_Report Neither of the following are a part of my position:
1) '"Groups don't exist" but here is some bad things that happen because "Groups exist".'
2) 'Love doesn't exist, empathy doesn't exist.'
I didn't discuss bad things happening as a result of groups, love, or empathy on the show
Almost two years of work went in to today. I'm elated and terrified.
My new space exploration series launches now, with all six books available on Amazon :) Join me on a voyage to the stars:

@robkowa @RomanCabanac In our discussion over the weekend, I gave @RomanCabanac what I take to be the strongest objection to my view. I don't think it's knock-down, but it is worth discussing.
