Does anyone have details for a complaints department for @lenovo_UKI ? Their "premium care onsite warranty" is turning into an advert for any-other-vendor
@lenovo_UKI 9/ This lack of communication has been a hallmark of my experiences, I understand that parts can take time to ship and that this is outside of Lenovo control, however, a proactive update from Lenovo would at least have managed expectations rather than frustrations.
