@Qantas folks, made 8 calls to “customer service” dept over the past three days trying to do a flight change due to family emergency. I’ve had four widely differing quotes, been cut off four times and despite assurances of call backs have had absolutely 0 progress only excuses.
Maybe instead of clogging our roads we should link the cyclists of the #capetowncycletour to a device so their efforts can be useful and maybe create some electricity? #Loadshedding 😂
@Rbjacobs you should check on your forex team. Apparently it takes months to process a single payment and now my emails are being ignored. Their service is atrocious.
@flyethiopian By losing my bag you certainly have made my travel unforgettable and now your staff aren't replying to emails. #brandfail who do I escalate this to?
@flyethiopian@AnnaBlack27 I wouldn’t hold my breath Anna - my bag containing business equipment also disappeared and they can’t trace it and staff in South Africa just ignoring my emails now. #brandfail
@flyethiopian Could your staff in South Africa respond to my query - my bag containing business equipment has been lost and getting zero answers trying to find it.
@EmmaSadleir Where would we report instances of false info being spread? Seen posts advertising test kits for CoVid which are not above board...would this classify as false info / profiteering?
@SamsungMobileSA Hiya, thanks for the reply - it was underwater for about 10 seconds at a depth of maybe 20cm so still not sure why it’s not drying out. And that’s a bit difficult to do as I’m in Zanzibar. Maybe when I’m back in SA. Not the best experience.
@SamsungMobileSA My Samsung S8 has "water in port" message for over 36 hours despite being totally dry - any info? Or is your IP68 rating not quite what you say it is?
@instagram @BryantEslava Would so love to watch this if my app hadn't been down for the past 24 hours...is there any info on the problem or just more radio silence?
@alastairotter absolutely shocking and the print quality was also horrendous...couldn't actually believe it was printed which is why I checked the caption...absolutely floored.
