@RoyalAlbertHall I've been in the queue for @TheBasementJaxx pre-sale for 2 hours - sat in the queue, reached the front and get this page: I'll be very disappointed if this glitch causes me to miss tickets π
@RoyalAlbertHall@TheBasementJaxx I was sat in the queue since 8am, at 10am it started counting down, I got to the front, "Event not on sale..." so I opened incognito. Queued again. Got to front. "Event not on sale.
@TideBusiness I'm really struggling to login & am getting nowhere with support chat. You have a screen that's forcing me to "confirm my tax details" before I can access my account - but I can't tell which account you are asking about and I have several accounts π
@InvestEngine You've been saying that for over 2 years now, can't you just tell us - "hey it's not coming in the next 6 months at least, we have other priorities." That would be perfectly acceptable. But pretending you are actually working hard on it is not cool.
@InvestEngine Hey folks - any update on supporting Employer Contributions for SIPPs? I'm shopping around for a new home for our Vanguard SIPPs and the big barrier to choosing IE is contributing automatically from our LTDs every month.
Now our only way to manage this is a manual standing order from our end with my own estimate - how many more people will fall behind on their charges because they have to manually make payments?
@thameswater refused to recalculate the "payment plan" said I should do it myself!
Get a load of this @MartinSLewis - @thameswater increased our monthly charge by 142% and have admitted the calculation doesn't make sense - but they won't recalculate it! Said we'll get the money back in 6 monthsπ€―
Charges +34% π
Usage +6% π
Monthly D/D: Β£19/m -> Β£46/m π±
How many thousands of people will be hit by this, this month and not realise their estimates are 2x - 3x what they should be??
If I hadn't called to query that today I would be out of pocket for 6 months before the next meter reading!
@InvestEngine I intend to make one pension transfer to a new provider before Jan 31st... am I going to be kicking myself if I go to AJ Bell so I can avail of automatic contributions?
@InvestEngine I'm in the process of deciding where to move mine and my wife's SIPPs from Vanguard - only thing stopping me from choosing InvestEngine - is employer contributions from our Ltd companies. Until then - it will be AJ Bell
