@AmericanAir what’s up with this? Not only did it destroy my new @lululemon ABC pants, it also gave me a little surface wound, seat was classified as “unsafe to fly” and I was relocated (which I paid for upgrade window seat) and you offer a 75.OO trip credit.? Are you kidding me?
