@GoKineticHome I had a 2-hour appt slot today. 90 minutes in you text it is canceled, rescheduled for 3 days from now. Hot take: Cancellations should be priority to schedule. I moved appts & took off work. No accountability, apology, or acknowledgement of responsibility? Not OK.

@SouthwestAir@SouthwestAir I have no problem with rising costs of perks...it's part of the process of any growing company. The timing is what makes this suspect. Changes could have been announced months ago (or take effect in 2021), knowing full-well that mid-Oct is the #1 CP planning time.
@SouthwestAir Surprised with your dirty bait-and-switch for the 2020 CP. Been SW loyal for years and you're better than this. Raising the requirement to 125k immediately after the expiration of your highest-ever CC offer is shady, plain and simple. Not too late to reverse course.
