Seeing this all over my feed the last few days so I want to weigh in.

If you can support your family and lifestyle or, at the BARE MINIMUM, just yourself, as someone who is self-employed, you are extremely lucky. That goes beyond just streaming.

You do not need to be a top 5 streamer or mega famous. It is extremely hard to sustain a career that is completely self-made, especially for the better part of a decade and in a landscape that is constantly evolving.

Creators have zero job security. Do not discount yourself when there are thousands of other people who would be happy with a fraction of what you have.

Count your blessings.
