@steve_hanke And why exactly does the government increase the money supply? Right - to pay for their overspending. Tough concept but try to follow along.
@LauraLoomer@LauraLoomer while I agree with many of your posts you are off base on this one. The US birth rate is too low to sustain the economy and country without immigration. The trick is legal immigration of skilled workers in industries that are short.Still an America first policy
@TristanSnell What professional that dedicates their life to fighting crime can be bought off for a $25k campaign donation? If you are going to try discredit someone at least make it credible.
@VivekGRamaswamy Government buildings are nearly empty since vast majority are working remote. Since nobody goes to the office it shouldn’t be too disruptive to move it.
@DOGE@VivekGRamaswamy@elonmusk - audit the employees - significant numbers of work from home employees carry two jobs - use IRS records for a good purpose
Federal government agencies are using, on average, just 12% of the space in their DC headquarters. The Department of Agriculture, with space for more than 7,400 people, averaged 456 workers each day (6% occupancy).
Why are American taxpayer dollars being spent to maintain empty buildings?

@elonmusk@elon musk @VivekGRamaswamy implement favored nations clauses into Medicare and Medicaid contracts. Same drug in the US has different pricing depending on customer and their insurance. Ensure tax payed services aren’t higher than others. Not US taxpayer role to fund cheap drugs.
@realdogenews@elonmusk@VivekGRamaswamy The issue is much bigger than the DEI programs. Go and look at grant and government contract requirements. The embedded employment and compliance requirements dramatically increase the cost of every contract.
@realdogenews Great idea - but if only abolishing personal income tax the IRS would still be in place related to corporate taxes. Would lead to many more unincorporated businesses to avoid the corporate tax system. Would require a rethink of corporate taxes as well.
