Finally got to the front of the line at @CaesarsRewards Flamingo only to be told that now at 3am with 30 people in line, their system is going to need 20min to update.

The @CaesarsRewards brand strategy is to make you put down a deposit for your hotel, make it non-refundable, and then make you stand in line for 90+ minutes waiting to check in. If I were running a casino, I’d want happy guests who want to gamble rather than stand in line.

Attention @CaesarsRewards - your objective when trying to get guests to check in shouldn’t be to make them hate your brand before they even get to an agent. Fix your express check in or get more employees working your desk. This is insane. It’s 2am and there’s a 90+ minute wait.

@CaesarsRewards went from being my favorite brand to one that I can no longer support in just a few years. More than any other brand, they’ve never come out of the pandemic to offer customer service like they previously did. Long check in waits, out of order express checkin, etc.

I’ve never been as frustrated dealing with customer service as I am dealing with @Toyota - they make great cars but STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR FINANCING.

Daily reminder that @Toyota has lousy customer service. In November after 20 years of loyalty to @Honda I switched to @Toyota in November. Don’t do it. Their cars are great but the service you receive after buying is terrible.

I’m mind boggled by how I’ve been treated by @progressive insurance. I received a note yesterday saying my policy’d be canceled this month. I call in today and they said I just need to confirm my address, etc.. wtf? You just cancel me for that? It’s fixed now, but I’m not happy.
