@FlySwoop Do not book with Swoop. They are not offering any travel credits or refunds for people following the international instructions to not travel, to prevent the spread of the corona virus that is sweeping the nation. This is disgusting, profiting off of an epidemic.

@FlySwoop so let me get this straight... if I take my holiday, my entire family has to self isolate for 14 days upon return, but you’re offering no cancellation under these extreme circumstances?
So winner of the worst customer service award goes to @FlySwoop who won’t allow cancellations even if we have to self quarantine on return from our trip.
