Latest build update.
Mostly bug fixing and cleanup this pass.
We tightened a few things that were making matches feel rough around the edges: players getting stuck on small collision edges, seeker tags sometimes feeling delayed, hiders spawning too close to open sightlines, and a few camera snaps when moving between rooms.
Also cleaned up some lobby flow issues.
Room state should now update more consistently when players join, leave, ready up, or reconnect. No more ghost slots sitting in the lobby after someone drops.
On the gameplay side, we adjusted a few blend checks so surface matching feels more consistent across walls, props, and tighter corners. Still tuning it, but it should feel less random when you’re trying to lock into a good hiding spot.
Small stuff, but important stuff.
Less jank.
Cleaner rounds.
Better hiding
Skin Pipeline Update // Elon
We’re making an Elon skin for HIDE.
This pass is about getting the model to feel recognizable without breaking the gameplay read. The skin needs to look like Elon up close, but still keep the clean silhouette we need for movement, hiding, tagging, and quick reads across the arena.
The base still has to survive the full HIDE pipeline: run, jump, dance, get painted, blend into surfaces, get tagged, and show up cleanly in post-match highlights.
Right now we’re testing the jacket shape, head proportions, darker clothing, material zones, and how the skin reads from the gameplay camera.
It sounds like a small cosmetic update, but every skin touches a lot of systems.
It has to move well.
It has to hide well.
It has to clip well.
Map Update // Dust
We're dropping a legend into the arena: Dust.
You already know this place.
Sandstone corridors.
Long sightlines and tight chokes.
A map built on muscle memory:
• sun-bleached desert walls and crates
• the long stretches you don't want to get caught in
• double doors, tunnels, and blind corners
• classic chokepoints reimagined for the hunt
• cover that rewards knowing every angle
This matters for the hunt.
Hiders lean on crates, corners, and callout spots.
Seekers push the chokes and clear the angles.
Old map.
New game.
Same arena rules.
You've run these corners before.
Map Update // The Circus
We're rolling out a brand new arena: The Circus.
Big top energy.
Nowhere feels safe.
Everywhere looks like a hiding spot.
A new place to disappear:
• striped big-top tents and rings
• carnival stalls to duck behind
• bright chaos that hides painted capsules in plain sight
• tight corners and open center stage
• sightlines that flip on you fast
This matters for the hunt.
Hiders get a playground of props and clutter.
Seekers get a stage with nowhere left to run.
New map.
New chaos.
Same arena rules.
Step right up.
Platform Update // Mobile
We're bringing the full arena to your phone.
No downloads.
No app store.
Just open the browser and play.
The entire game now runs natively on mobile:
• on-screen joystick for movement
• drag anywhere to look around
• dedicated role action buttons
• seeker shooting + hider abilities, fully touch-native
• portrait-to-landscape gate so you're always framed right
• auto performance scaling to keep it smooth on any device
This matters for access.
The hunt shouldn't be locked to a desk.
If you've got a phone and a spare minute, you've got a lobby.
One tap to move.
One tap to hunt.
One arena — now in your pocket.

You can now share clips directly from HIDE after a match. When the round ends, the game pulls your highlight, packages it into the win screen, and lets you download or post it straight to X.
Win a round. Grab the clip. Share the moment.
This is a big part of the loop we want:
play → hide → hunt → win → clip it
Every good $HIDE , panic tag, last-second escape, and seeker sweep should be easy to show off.
HIDE is being built for playable moments, not just match results.
