I bought a Z Fold 7 on Sept 19. After only 4 days of careful use, the inner screen failed at the crease during normal folding. The display is now black and unusable, while the outer screen still works.

Yes, the crease looks damaged, warped/bubbled.. but that happened on its own from normal folding/unfolding. I didn’t drop it, bend it the wrong way, or mishandle it.

I’ve already made multiple calls and emails, and the only response I keep getting is: “send it in and we’ll decide if it’s your fault.” That’s not acceptable. This is a known folding defect that many other Z Fold 7 owners have reported.

The outcome should be simple: refund or immediate replacement. I should not be forced into weeks of waiting while Samsung holds my phone hostage, debates whether to blame me for a clear product failure, and eats up the short refund window Best Buy has.

If the crease, the very part designed to fold, fails after a few days, that’s on Samsung. Stand behind your product.
