@AskPaddyPower It really adds to the frustration that you've awarded others with wins when they bet on a Lewis win but you have not made a "justice payout" on my bet. The approach taken is now inconsistent with your own rules and inconsistent amongst customers. Really really unfair

@AskPaddyPower It's demonstrably not the case that all you can do is apologise. You could reverse an unjust decision. Understand the rules but the application is, as I'm sure you understand, completely unfair. Thanks for at least being responsive but as a customer of 10 years I expected better

@AskPaddyPower Appreciate you have rules but you're also known as a company that understands what is fair and frequently makes exceptions when the result would otherwise be nonsensical. Considering how few people would have bet on this it is counterintuitive not to show grace to good customers

@AskPaddyPower That's a ridiculous policy and incredibly unfair. The end result is that he has finished in the points. I think you should have more respect for customers and award a win as a gesture of good faith, particularly in a sport where post race judgements like this are common

There's a sign for an elevator but no elevator anywhere - lounge apparently on the second floor but no ability to get there. Again nobody has a clue where to go or how to get there. We had to argue to get the fast lane for security despite having a baby and club Europe

@British_Airways awful club Europe experience at Rhodes airport today. Check in the signs were in the wrong place as to euro traveller / club Europe with an 8 month old baby it meant we were stuck for ages. Impossible to find lounge once through security, staff have no idea.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, we were trying to watch Succession on Sky Stream Playlist tonight but every time the adverts finished at the start of the show they just restarted again so the show never starts... It's S2E4 and we've tried restarting everything but it keeps happening!!

@Sonos just infuriating trying to set up a play 3 on WiFi - nothing works and the app is terrible and keeps telling me to push buttons that my play 3 doesn't even have!!!!!
