I ordered a One Plus Nord Phone and I received a Beetle Landline phone ! Your customer service team refuses to share details of the so called " internal investigation" which was carried out. The delivery boy fled when we asked him to wait till the time the package.. (1/2)

An Amazon delivery representative came to my house to collect the phone but refuses to take it back saying that he has not received any return instruction. If he has not received any return instruction, how on earth is he available at my location in the first place ?
