American family bought a home for $138,000.
After the first year they had sent the bank $9,286.
After interest, taxes, and insurance, ONLY $952 went toward the loan.
Sad how many Americans don’t know anything about interest or how it works until it’s too late.
Today I used the Jamaica Post service to send off a package, my first since the resumption.
Was different but was pretty simple:
1. Download the Zonos Prepay App to register your shipment and pay US duties
2. Present the QR code to the JP rep to process shipment.
Parents, please teach your kids this early. 👇🏽 If an adult pulls them into a room to question them, they have the RIGHT to ask for you 🚨 Kids get scared, they get nervous, and they say things they don’t mean because they are still developing and trying to figure life out 🧠. Remind them to calmly say, “I need my mom or my dad here.” That’s not disrespect, it’s protection ❤️ You can still hold your child accountable, but you should be present to support them and ensure the process is fair. Teach them young and repeat it often ✨https://t.co/JRYkjT0HIQ…

The Instagram post featuring the video is filled with comments from teachers agreeing with her that it’s a growing concern.
