Extremely disappointed with you, you’re not even replying mails messages. I just want to force close my loan so kindly revert me somewhere or arrange a call before my emi starts
@gopaysense @PaySense Extremely disappointed with your service. I have repeatedly emailed a foreclosure statement for my loan but received no response. Why is it so difficult to close a loan? Resolve this immediately or I will escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities.
It’s shocking how a company as big as @amazonIN can’t fix a simple return error and instead keeps blaming the customer. Please take immediate action and resolve this issue. I’ve done everything from my side. @AmazonHelp
@damienrafbrown Now your support keeps saying “Do KYC again” every time I call. Because of your own technical issue, my return window expired, and I’m stuck with a faulty product. I’ve wasted nearly 2 months trying to return an item worth ₹1300.
@amazonIN After following all those useless steps, I was told to complete KYC so my return can be processed. I’ve done it 4 times. It shows “verification successful” on my side but still says “pending” on Amazon’s system.
@amazonIN This clearly looks like a technical issue from Amazon’s side. I’ve been calling customer care for 1.5 months, and every time I’m given a new irrelevant solution — like re-enter the same address, delete all addresses, or match spaces & capital letters.
@AmazonIN I’m extremely disappointed with Amazon’s service. I ordered a product worth ₹1300 that arrived used & broken. When I tried to return it, your app said “pickup address doesn’t match delivery address.” I never changed any address.
@DellCares If Dell cannot provide a proper, tested solution within 48 hours, I will escalate this through consumer protection authorities and share this full documented timeline publicly with media and customers should not be trapped in a repair loop with no end.

My Alienware has been stuck in repair for more than a month for a simple heatsink/fan replacement. Today I was shocked to learn from Dell that all along they have been using *refurbished parts*not new ones without ever disclosing this to me.
@DellCares I am asking Dell publicly:
1. Why was I not informed in advance that refurbished parts were being used?
2. Why has Dell failed 4 times in a row to provide a working part?
3. What guarantee do I have that other replaced parts were new, not refurbished?
@Dell_IN@Dell
@DellCares This is not only negligence, it is **lack of transparency**. Customers deserve to know what kind of parts are being used in their paid repair, and not be kept in an endless loop of empty timelines.
@DellCares • Dell has kept me **looping** for weeks with contradictory updates: “parts in stock,” “parts being acquired,” “awaiting delivery,” “alternate options.” Every few days it’s the same cycle, with no real resolution.
@DellCares • Nowhere in my repair process was I informed that refurbished parts would be used, even though I was charged the full repair cost.
• This raises serious questions: were other replaced parts (LCD, motherboard, LAN board) also refurbished without disclosure?
@DellCares The facts:
• Dell has already attempted this repair 4 times. Each time, the heatsink/fan part delivered was “non-functional.”
• Now Dell says they are again “looking for a refurbished part.”
@vipinDhawan@DellCares Dude this is what I’m facing right now. Do not chat with them in private inbox just do it publicly or they wont do do anything just keep sending you automated messages
