Day 47/100

The email automation engine is ~70–80% done.

Pipeline works. Emails are landing in drafts.

But the emails still sound like AI.

That’s the next problem to solve: making the agent write something I’d actually send.

Plan: finish it this week, then dogfood it myself for 1–2 months before thinking about real users.

Thought I’d finish the email automation project over the weekend.

Currently ~50% done.

No demo today. Still have a few important pieces left to implement.

Hopefully tomorrow I can show the actual product instead of another progress update.
