@DrSelvarajah @diana_ward1 Totally agree with both of you! In the first Whitehall study we can see when risk factors such as obesity, smoking, high blood pressure etc are controlled (reactive medicine), those with lower status still have higher mortality from CVD due to social factors🤷‍♂️
