@DS_Khalsa_ Yes, this is a valid point. A lot of embezzlement of disaster funds is happening and many people not affected by floods are also seen grabbing the 'freebies'. Proper book-keeping and vetting is needed. It would need some convincing to get the private NGOs under one umbrella.
