🚨 @instagram @Meta — HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

My Instagram account @JatinGone (223K+ followers) has been suspended after someone submitted 6 fraudulent copyright claims against my own photos.

The worst part? I had already reported the issue to Instagram 5–6 times when the claims started. Nothing was done.

I contacted the person behind the claims from my private/personal Instagram account to understand what was happening and get information.

During the conversation, he talked about the loophole in Meta’s copyright system, and the conversation was then moved to WhatsApp, where he started asking me for money.

I have screenshots of these conversations and I’m attaching them as evidence.
So let me understand this:
Someone can allegedly abuse Meta’s copyright system, file multiple claims against a creator’s original content, get that creator’s 223K+ account suspended, and then ask the creator for money?
And the creator is left fighting to get their own account back?

I’m Meta Verified. My identity is verified. I’ve spent years building this account and community.
I’ve repeatedly tried to get help from Instagram, but I keep getting sent through forms while my account remains suspended.

@Meta @instagram — PLEASE LOOK AT THIS CASE.
I’m not asking for special treatment.

Look at the evidence. Investigate the copyright claims. Investigate the person making them. And restore my account.

If this can happen to a creator with 223K+ followers, it can happen to anyone.
