These encroachments and wine shop next door are turning out an absolute menace, eyesore and dangerous as all sort of big commercial trucks and other vehicles stop and occupy more than half of road leaving no space for other vehicles to pass.

@HindwareApp What a shame it is to experience worst post sales service support for a defective Chimney Selena 90. Worst part Hindware delivered a bad quality product, it developed defect in motor within 2 months of started using. 3 months, no response Gurgaon area Manager Rahul.

@HindwareApp Complaint raised on 1st August SR# GH002442. Service technician called twice to inform, wrong part recieved, please wait and wait gets further longer. Wonder how Hindware is running business with an inefficient supply chain. You guys can't even procure a correct replacement?

@heydigit With immense pain and disappointment I wish to report that the claim procedure is biased, non transparent, shows no empathy towards customer leaving them on the mercy of their fate. Claim approvers have hidden agenda of harrasing customers & extraction. Disappointed !

@HindwareApp Bought expensivest built in Hob and Cooker hood from Hindware. Registered an installation service request, got only schedules but no action. Disppointed with service quality so far. Not sure about the product quality. Will there further be disappointments? OMG!
