The numbers don’t lie. It looks increasingly likely that the latest BTC purchase may have been funded through the issuance and sale of new shares. If that’s the case, then unfortunately we’re simply handing more ammunition to the shorts.
I also have serious questions about the timing of the Bitcoin purchase.
If the company had already regained the ability to operate and purchase BTC as of August 2026, why wait until October?
Leaving aside the debate over whether a company still going through a financial recovery should be allocating capital to Bitcoin at this stage, once you decide to resume buying BTC, the execution should at least reflect a proper understanding of the market.
By now it should be fairly clear that the traditional four-year cycle is no longer behaving as it once did. The first half of 2026 increasingly looks like a mid-cycle correction rather than something that required waiting for some supposed October cycle signal.
If the strategy was to restart BTC accumulation, there were opportunities around $60k and, at the very latest, in the $70k range. Buying at $85k isn't necessarily a bad investment if BTC goes on to make a new ATH, but it does raise legitimate questions about the company's planning, timing and execution.
I'm still holding and remain a long-term shareholder, but Roger, we need you to step up.
Shareholders need much greater transparency, commitment and, above all, predictability from management.
And there is still a major unanswered question: the dual listing.
We still have no clear timeline whatsoever.
When exactly will the company begin trading on the ASX?
At this stage, shareholders deserve a clear answer.
Hi Chris, in order to know your opinion. I’m also invested in Soluna. And I ask to my self if @jbelizaireCEO is clear that the company needs to grow organically, "without taking shortcuts" like rs, right? Do you think the same right?
And, on the other hand, I understand that you’re aware that one of the items on the agenda for the next Annual Board meeting (16th October) is the approval of an increase of up to one billion shares.
How do you view this?
$FNUC @FNUC_IR You see, Frank, this is what happens when the management of a publicly traded company says it’s going to release its results and then fails to deliver.
The stock market is unforgiving, Frank. It punishes poor execution and a lack of transparency, and it punishes them hard.
@OPer200@peti0019@rogerhamilton@mclaughli46343@ACInvestorBlog@Ohitskaykay_St Stop acting like a kid. I’ve shared it many times on X, or are you new here or something? Do your part and buy some shares. And while you’re at it, tell your boss to buy a few more too, please, because the ones he has aren’t enough, please.
I’m convinced that I have a lot more invested in this than you do, so I have far more legitimacy to tell the CEO whatever I consider appropriate, as long as it remains within the bounds of respect.
Step up your game, man. Put in a little more effort. And since you brought it up, do your part and buy more shares to reduce the float. $GNS
Mr. Wheatley, Could you please provide an update on the new publication date for the MRE? Given that your word is currently worth less than my dog's excrement, I am giving you the opportunity to correct the situation and show some diligence toward your shareholders.
Please remember that you are managing a publicly traded company.
I apologize for losing some of my manners this time. Please don't take it personally—it's the Spanish temperament; don't try to understand it. Just do your damn job. $FNUC $FNU
$FNUC Shareholders:
While macroeconomic headwinds affect the broader uranium sector, our team remains focused on delivering. We are committed to hitting our remaining 2026 milestones.
Thank you for your continued support. #Uranium#NuclearEnergy#CleanEnergy#SmallCap
@peti0019@rogerhamilton@mclaughli46343@ACInvestorBlog@Ohitskaykay_St This doesn’t really make much of a difference. If he had spent $1.5M, that would mean 10,000,000 shares bought at $0.15. That’s when we might start to see a turning point. But buying just 1,000,000 shares is negligible given the situation we’re in.🤷
Antonio, if you don’t mind me adding something to your post, I agree with what you’re saying, but there is one important point: management’s credibility.
What credibility does the mining company $FNUC have with the market when it says it is going to publish drilling results in September 2026 and then fails to do so?
The issue is not that the MRE hasn’t been published. The issue is saying that you are going to publish something and then not following through.
$FNUC September 30th is tomorrow, Frank. We all know that you are a serious professional and a man of your word, so we have absolutely no doubt that we will have the MRE.
