मत बोलो आंदोलन-एक प्रस्तावना

यह भारत का सबसे सुरक्षित आंदोलन होगा। इसमें शामिल लोगों के ख़िलाफ़ न तो FIR होगी न कोर्ट को SIT का गठन करना पड़ेगा। कब बोलना है, क्या लिखा है इसे लेकर जांच नहीं होगी और पासपोर्ट सुरक्षित रहेगा। आप शब्दों की जगह डॉट डॉट का प्रयोग करें। भारत के IPS डॉट को ठीक से समझ लेंगे और उनका समय बचेगा।

मत बोलो आंदोलन के तहत सभी को बताया जाए कि मत बोलिए। जो होना था अब हो चुका है। अब केवल बोलने वाले को जेल में डालना रह गया है। जेलें कम पड़ जाएँगी इसलिए सरकार की मदद के लिए आप बोलना बंद कर दें। किसी को बोलता हुए देखें तो तुरंत कान बंद कर लें। मुँह पर हाथ रख लें ताकि बोल न सकें। पहले आस्था आहत होती थी, अब राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को भी ख़तरा होने लगा है।

मत बोलो आंदोलन का संदेश साफ और संक्षिप्त।

दिन में पाँच बार ही मुँह खोलें। दो बार मंजन के लिए और तीन बार भोजन के लिए। कुछ भी न बोलें। कुछ भी न लिखें। आइये सभी मिलकर भारत को मत बोलो लोकतंत्र बनाने में योगदान दें। जब कानून का रास्ता अँधेरे में खो जाए और लंबा हो जाए तब कुछ भी बोलना अपराध हो जाता है। आप सही हैं , यही अपराध हैं। तो मत बोलो आंदोलन को सफ़ल बनाने के लिए आगे मत आइये। पीछे ही रहिए बस बोलिए मत।
