25th October, 2017. In less than two days, we moved a FIFA U17 World Cup semi-final between Brazil & England from Guwahati to Kolkata because of the weather and got in a capacity crowd of 63,318. Great memories @JavierCeppi, @aniketmishra299 , @ankusharora & the FIFA U17 gang.
@footytraveller_ Never got to see it first hand, but was told many stories of this festivity. For me, it is a perfect sign of the love Bengalis have for football, which is the true love there
Hosting the Women's U-17 WC in 2020 is a huge opportunity for India. It will show the dreams of 17 year old girls to the whole country and India must rally behind them. This will be a massive statement to advance the rights and stature of girls, let's make it right!
I just voted Huanchaca Ruins Open Air Theatre / Ramón Coz, Marco Polidura, Benjamín Ortiz, Sebastián Alvarez for ArchDaily Building of the Year Awards https://t.co/q7WUPLrvXo
@joybhattacharj Hahahahahaha, that was absolutely brilliant. "Never a stadium has been not ready so close to a Tournament" is one of the gems of it. Funniest bit is that I saw Suman that same day at JLN and it did not cross his mind to ask me anything about it, pure Masala journalism
