Please be informed that I am an Al Fursan member with membership number 13007735. I travelled from Riyadh to Lucknow on June 18, 2023 and I was downgraded from Business Class to Guest Class due to some technical reasons. 2/

Being an Alfursan member, I presume that my case for compensation would have been taken on priority but unfortunately it's not the case and I am compelled to use this platform. Posted on LinkedIn on Nov 15, 2023 but that too didn't yield any result 4/
