Furthermore, the Evaporator Assembly (GIC12GTC5WSA) of my AC is defective, I filed a complaint requesting its replacement as well, but it seems no one there is willing to listen. The facility in Gopalganj, Bihar, exists in name only; it should be shut down immediately.
