@Codie_Sanchez Where/how do you find these deals and what do you tell the business owners? Or do you just find a business owner that is already looking for a buyer/investor and literally just show the VC/SMB (through a link etc) or do you actually introduce them to each other?

Now your job is to go out and find deals in their niche, send them the deals and when they close you take either carry in the deal (aka future potential profit) or a finders fee upfront.
