I went to get the delivery of my Brand New Honda City - V, From Eastern Honda - Ajc Bose Road, Kolkata.

The car had scratches in the front and the rear fendor also had scratches. We agreed that the same would be taken care of by tomorrow!

@HondaCarIndia It is your duty to provide cars to your customers in mint condition. Pathetic experience from the very beginning till the very end! Your dealers @EasternHonda are trying to convince/request (force) us to accept the delivery of such a car

@HondaCarIndia I again went to the showroom today, but it seems like, @HondaCarIndia doesn't really bother whether their customers are satisfied or not. I am not paying 14.5Lacs for a damaged and a repaired car with replaced parts.

I hope y'all understand that when I am paying a sum of 14.5L for a new car, I don't expect to receive a damaged and a repaired car!

The scheduled departure was at 6:35pm.

It's almost 2 hours now.
The crew continuously keeps on saying it's a technical issue w/o updates on ETD.
The least y'all can do is serve refreshments in such circumstances. The pax are getting frustrated!
