Jax Beach Golf Association

Our mission is to grow the game of #golf at the Jacksonville Beaches.

Our friend Murphdog and @JaxBeachGolf host a big four ball tourney every year here. This was the alt-shot semifinals of the shootout last night.

Our friend Keanu (who is 15!) hit this shot to get his team into the finals.

Never let anyone — any person or any force — dampen, dim or diminish your light … Release the need to hate, to harbor division, and the enticement of revenge. Release all bitterness. Hold only love, only peace in your heart, knowing that the

The best part about Brawny Bryson is:

Swinging crazy hard + striping it= compelling as hell.

Swinging crazy hard + spraying it= even more compelling.

I've always said they need more commercials on these things

I don't know how, but every time Spieth stands over a putt, I strongly believe that's he going to make it yet simultaneously believe he's going to three putt.

Last year, the Strapped Boys had a big day at Colonial. A look behind the scenes at what makes the Charles Schwab Challenge unique, and all the history that was almost lost.

Couldn’t be more supportive of this. Played 18 holes with him yesterday and every shot is theater. You don’t know if it will be brilliant or horrendous.

He almost broke 100, made a birdie and won a skin in our Thursday game.

[Big Randy @BigRandyNLU]

Peyton and Tom are nervous? Where are these guys allowed to take those carts? My thoughts, like always, are with the #Supers who must be beyond nervous!

[Tron Carter @TronCarterNLU]

Pouring rain but no electricity. SICK! 😍

[D.J. Piehowski @DJPie]

Hearing Phil describe the intricacies of shots and putts for 18 holes is genuinely all I've ever wanted from golf.

I'm so happy.

[D.J. Piehowski @DJPie]

Make it affordable, make it walkable, make it fun. I promise people really like golf under those circumstances.

"A single mom with seven kids playing the LPGA tour sounds bizarre, but at the same time, we had great times."

I wish this story was 8,000 words longer! Great stuff from @GolfweekNichols!
