BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a humiliating defeat as a federal judge orders his campaign to stop playing the song "Hold On, I’m Coming" after the estate of music legend Isaac Hayes filed a massive lawsuit.
And it gets even better...
"I do order Trump and his campaign to not use the song without proper license," said Judge Thomas Thrash Jr.
The Hayes estate had filed an emergency injunction stating that Trump continued using the song in question despite not having "obtained a valid public performance license."
Trump's attorney Ronald Coleman absurdly claimed that the "campaign has no interest in annoying or hurting anyone," an absurd statement from a campaign built entirely on hatred and cruelty.
"We are very grateful and happy for the decision by Judge Thrash,” said the late singer's son Isaac Hayes III said. "I want this to serve as an opportunity for other artists to come forward that don’t want their music used by Donald Trump or other political entities."
Please retweet and ❤️ to thank the judge — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a new pro-democracy social network that is exploding in popularity because Twitter and Facebook are trying to stop its growth — which is only making Tribel grow even faster.
