@WestJet you really need to revisit your advertising as it is woefully inaccurate. Flights into Victoria constantly delayed/cancelled. Got to the airport at 12am to pick up a weary traveller, only to find that the flight is over an hour delayed. No agents, no updated boards.?!

@StarbucksCanada shockingly bad service and wait times at store 4658. Ordered in store and waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks! Get it together there with the order flow, mobile orders should not be the priority over a customer who walks in to order. Snippy attitude from the barista!

@FYidoctors When your in one location optometrist doesn’t do a good job checking your vision, gives wrong strength contact lenses. Second location fixes prescription and fist location tells you to spend the money again for the right lenses. Sucky customer service!!!😠

@FYidoctors shockingly bad customer service. I’m stuck without lenses as they were being posted to me two weeks ago. Someone was calling me back today as they are closed until Jan 4th!! No call, no lenses!! I have no glasses - need a new prescription- how do I drive 8 hrs home?
