With Chapmanville having played some good competition for the last 3 weeks we’re sitting at 2-1. I’ve won lots of reps and lost my share too. But I can’t wait for what this year has to hold, and I’m super excited to get back into the recruiting process. Ready to earn it!!

Jaxon Topping Earns First Division I Offer From Eastern Kentucky

It has been one heck of a birthday weekend for Chapmanville standout @Jaxon_Topping

In Friday night’s 35-6 victory over Point Pleasant, Topping stepped into the Tigers’ backfield as a fullback and powered the football into the end zone for a touchdown. One day later, the Class of 2027 defensive lineman capped off his birthday weekend by receiving his first NCAA Division I offer from Eastern Kentucky University.

Topping has made a name for himself by wreaking havoc on opposing offenses. Whether he is stuffing the run, pressuring the quarterback or commanding extra attention in the trenches, the fierce Tiger has become a major force along Chapmanville’s defensive front.

His impressive play has attracted interest from several programs at multiple levels, but the offer from Eastern Kentucky marks a major milestone in his recruitment—and could be the first of many Division I opportunities to come.

With plenty of football still ahead of him, Topping’s toughness, strength and relentless effort should keep college coaches watching closely.

A touchdown, a Tigers victory and his first Division I offer—that’s one unforgettable birthday weekend!

Congratulations to Chapmanville’s Jaxon Topping on receiving an offer from the Eastern Kentucky University Colonels!
