Hey @Delta, my wife and I booked Delta One to Italy for our honeymoon. I let the airline know long ago that she can’t eat gluten or dairy. I even spent a half hour on the phone with your disability department days ago to confirm.

We are now on board and they have no meal for her on a 9+ hour overnight flight. No dinner. No breakfast.

This is a horrible thing to do to someone and a really shitty way to start our honeymoon.

This is after we sprinted through Atlanta airport to make our flight after our first flight was delayed.

Completely and totally unacceptable.
