Can momo be damaged by them, can they catch up to Momo at right times, can they react to his movements? YES. That’s why when Momo fuses, he one taps EVERYONE and insta wins. Y can put up a fight to X, they are relative (whether it’s low/high)
Z can hit, run as fast, block attacks from Y. They are relative, IF THEY WERENT, they would lose every scuffle (they don’t)
