Another Spring & Summer in the gym has been completed.

I covered 20 different “AAU” events in eight states across 11 weekends in April/May/July.

In June I covered five Indiana All-Star series events, four shootouts on college campuses, the IBCA Top 100, KABC Shootout, Charlie Hughes Showcase, and more.

The upcoming month is, by far, the quietest time on my calendar…but I will still be in the gym (including as soon as tomorrow).

"Phil had no problem cussing Shaq out or getting on Shaq, but he would never say anything to Kobe early on."

"So I have German Shepherds and they are protection trained.. And my dog trainer always said to me the first six to eight months that you had his puppy don't ever tell it no because what we want to do is we want this dog to be so confident that he feels like he could do everything."
