Today I realized that the 2AC is more “Worst” than 3AC. (T-18010, C-A2)

No charging points,
poor cleanliness,
dust everywhere, and basic facilities not functioning properly.

Am i paying a premium fare for this level of service?

Worst 2AC travel experience.
No charging point at my seat or nearby side berths.

Water facility is poor—one tap isn’t working and my clothes got wet.

This journey has become a nightmare.

It’s been 7+ hours and my complaint (T-18010) is still unresolved. Travelling in 2AC (Coach A2), yet facing multiple issues. At least change my seat or provide a charging facility—my phone has been dead. Kindly resolve this urgently. @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @srdcmkgp

Travelled 75 km to catch my train at Chanderiya. Holding a AC 2-Tier ticket, yet the AC Reserved Waiting Room is still not functional after more than 12 months, Fans aren’t working, What exactly are we waiting for—2028 Elections or something else? @mlacbsaakya
