@HMRCcustomers I’ve been advised to send another letter 🤣 18 months, at least 10 phone calls to be told different wait times, hours spent on hold to be told write another letter. Can’t be serious!

@HMRCcustomers Last time I waited over an hour to be told I would have a response by December (that was in August) is this really the wait time, 18 months? Who can I contact to escalate this?

@HMRCcustomers Nearly 19 months waiting for my NI refund, been told the overpayment figures, have sent off my details to get the refund and continue to wait over 14 months since providing this information. Every time I call I am told the wait time for an answer has extended. Can I get my refund

@HMRCcustomers No I received a letter requesting my details which I responded to. I have called numerous times and spoke to several different people who have all given different time periods since the beginning from 6 weeks to 6 months. 16 months later is surely way to long

@_Blue_Insurance will you actually give us your average process time for claims, be amazing to see how long it usually takes. I bet it’s pretty embarrassing!

@_Blue_Insurance worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Waiting since May for a insurance claim for missing baggage. Imagine it was for a serious medical issue and the hospital wouldn’t proceed without getting payment! What’s your average claim process time?
