@michael_soledad @Apple @UPS Went through the same exact thing when I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max around launch. UPS lost the package and became a back and forth nightmare with the investigation. My phone carrier eventually ended up shipping me a replacement, which took months 🤦🏻‍♂️.

@lilafromyoutube Not sure about the balance thingy but I usually just eye ball it or use the rule of 3rd camera grid to line up whatever is in the shot like a door frame for example. You can always rotate the video a little in post.
