04/06/2025 = My worst day in Pokemon Go. First time I see a shiny Galarian legendary bird! Super excited. I decided to toggle on AR, so I could take a picture of it. Huge mistake. Game glitched on me. Reached out to support. Their response = "Better luck tomorrow". #PokemonGO #AR

I’m extremely disappointed that a radius increase that helped all types of players and communities are being removed. Lots of us were under the impression this was intentional and permanent, especially when the notes in the latest update said ‘quality of life updates’ to then to find out a day later these changes were unintentional and are being removed. Frustrating, disappointing and upsetting is all I can say.

I hope the Niantic team implements the spawn radius increase back permanently. Especially with all the remote raid changes, we really need quality of life changes like this to get people motivated about the game again.
