Well @LGUSSupport and @LGUS, the LG Tech did finally manage to get scheduled and out for a March 31 re-visit, but fridge still not cooling. What’s next? Approaching week #3 without a working fridge.

An @LGUSSupport nightmare. . . Going on week two without a working fridge. Contacted LG about the issue on March 22. LG Tech came out March 25. By March 27, fridge stopped cooling again. Called in March 28 to book an LG tech return, and @LGUSSupport can't schedule. Huh?
