Them and the surrounding towns have seen a big bounce back post steel collapse but at the cost of mass migration and locals being priced out. Chester is just wayyy down the list being more metro and as rough as it is.

@JoserNunez91 @FreeKickPod @mbarrera1323 @ItsAToddLife They had some good plans but unfortunately I believe the area is too risky for any outside investors. You’re seeing the shift in a lot cities/towns in the area. Unfortunately the shift usually just gentrifies the area and pushes out locals.
