2 weeks after sorting out our internet issue (after 2 weeks without internet when we needed it during my cancer treatment) @bt_uk has AGAIN left us without internet. It's stopped working, we contacted them, they said they'd send an engineer, and we've been waiting... (cont)
We even upped our contract in the hope we'd get help if we had issues, by apparently not. Even though everyone we've dealt with has been lovely, this level of customer service isn't acceptable. Please help @bt_uk. We're really at our wits end with this.
while I'm on Chemo. Please help @bt_uk. When you say an engineer is coming and we sacrifice 5 hours of the day waiting, then tell us they aren't (after we've rang you... no contact from your end) you need to sort this. We can't keep going through this? (cont)
An Update: @bt_uk got on the case immediately, sent out an engineer today, who found the issue (something to do with software) and now... THE LIGHT IS BLUE!! we have internet again. Everyone we've dealt with @bt_uk have been wonderful. Thank you all so much.
@bt_uk but @bt_uk needs to sort this out now: we need them return it all to how it was before. We need internet so my wife can work from home to keep an eye on me, and so I can work from home in the brief moments I can concentrate. @bt_uk NEEDS to fix the problem thay created. Now.
So, 2 weeks ago we changed to Fibre with @bt_uk. The engineer couldn't get the hub to connect. His home office ordered him to leave after cutting the copper. I'm having cancer treatment and am at a delicate stage, so my wife needs to work from home to monitor me. (continue...)
@bt_uk and death. This isn't hyperbole: the chemo I'm on carries this risk. My wife NEEDS to be here, and can't because @bt_uk has left us in this situation for 2 weeks. We're getting angry now, after trying to just see it as "one of those things" (continued...)
