@Lilo_da_brat@Moni1on1@Babsphemii Well there weren’t that many states in the 1800s. You realize that, right? The US didn’t reach 50 states till the 1950s. The territories didn’t have many protective laws for anyone. That’s why people who went west were really taking their lives into their own hands.
@Moni1on1@Babsphemii no. In the US women were "allowed" to have bank accounts in the mid 19th century, that means the 1800s. Apparently you did a quick search, saw 1974 act & thought 'oh women were oppressed until 1974' That's how the lies of this movie take root & ignorant people believe it.
My inbox has been flooded with messages from parents who say their doctors told them their baby would have a disability and recommended abortion.
They refused and delivered baby.
Baby was born with no disability.
Of course not every case, but thousands and thousands.
@KristanHawkins my 4 pregnancies tested positive in the early screenings for Downs Syndrome. I was offered abortion for every one, turned it down & was told how selfish I was for bringing a disabled child into the world. Not that I cared, but none of my children are Downs.
@FrMiller Dude just confessed his TDS on his own show by confessing how POTUS lives rent free in his head. Get some meds Steve. There’s nothing he can take to cure being an A’hole but there are meds that can mellow him.
🤩❗ EXCEPTIONNEL !
✨🇳🇴 TERRA ETEREA ✨
Death Valley National Park is experiencing its first major superbloom in a decade as of March/April 2026, driven by record winter rainfall (1.7 – 2.5+ inches) that transformed the desert landscape with vibrant carpets of yellow, pink, and purple flowers.

@TheMobRules73 Priests, Bishops, Cardinals, nuns, the Pope, etc. these are all just men & women who chose a path of service. That does not mean they lose all their formative opinions upon entering orders (maybe it should, but it doesn’t). When they speak from God not governments you can tell.
The conversion of Saint Augustine stands as one of the most profound turning points in Christian history. Born in 354 in Tagaste, North Africa, to a pagan father and a devout Christian mother named Monica, Augustine grew into a brilliant but restless young man. He pursued rhetoric and philosophy with great success, yet his personal life was marked by ambition, sensual pleasures, and intellectual wandering. For years he lived with a concubine, fathered a son named Adeodatus, and embraced the Manichaean heresy, which promised answers to the problem of evil but left his soul unsatisfied.
His mother’s persistent prayers followed him as he moved to Rome and then Milan. There he encountered Bishop Ambrose, whose preaching and intellect began to dismantle Augustine’s objections to Christianity. Still, Augustine hesitated. He admired the faith but felt chained by old habits. In the summer of 386, while sitting in a garden in Milan, he reached a crisis of will. Overwhelmed by inner conflict, he heard a child’s voice chanting “Take up and read, take up and read.” Interpreting this as a divine command, he opened the letters of Saint Paul and read from Romans: “Not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual excess and lust, not in quarreling and jealousy. Rather, put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the flesh.” In that moment, light flooded his heart. He resolved to turn fully to Christ.
Augustine’s conversion deepened through months of preparation. During the Easter Vigil on the night of April 24 into April 25, 387, Bishop Ambrose baptized him along with his son Adeodatus and his close friend Alypius in the cathedral of Milan. This baptism marked not merely a change of belief but a complete surrender of his life to God. He soon returned to Africa, sold his possessions, and devoted himself to monastic prayer, study, and service. Ordained a priest against his will and later made bishop of Hippo, Augustine became one of the Church’s greatest theologians, shaping Western Christianity through works like the Confessions and The City of God.
The feast of the Conversion of Saint Augustine, observed on April 24 in the Augustinian tradition, invites reflection on the patience of grace. Augustine’s journey reminds us that God pursues souls through intellect, friendship, maternal prayer, and even a child’s song. No one is beyond redemption, and every honest search for truth can lead to the One who is Truth itself. His life continues to speak across centuries: restless hearts find rest only in God.
